Versagel is a highly stable, crystal-clear, and non-sticky gel base widely used for creating oil-based cosmetic products. Its smooth, luxurious texture provides excellent suspension ability, long-lasting glide, and a premium feel on the skin. Versagel thickens and structures oils without greasiness, making it ideal for formulating lip glosses, oil serums, body oils, balms, and lightweight gel-oils.

It is compatible with a wide range of oils, pigments, flavor oils, essential oils, and oil-soluble actives—offering superior clarity, shine, and stability. Perfect for beginners and professionals due to its ease of use and versatility across beauty, skincare, and lip care formulations.

Formulation Guidelines

• Can be used alone as a gel base or blended with oils, pigments, and actives.

• Melt gently at low heat (70–80°C) before mixing with additives for best consistency.

• Combine with cosmetic oils to create high-shine, non-sticky glosses or nourishing gel-oils.

• Add pigments and micas slowly to ensure even dispersion.

• Compatible with oil-soluble actives, flavors, essential oils, and butters.

• Avoid adding water-based ingredients to prevent separation.
